It's been almost a full year that we've taken our yoga to a virtual setting. Your presence the past year has personally helped me maintain strength, consistency, hope and devotion to the community and the practice of Yoga. I hope I have done the same for you.
I would like to celebrate with you; join me for a vinyasa yoga class, where your own breath will guide you and assist you. Together we rise from the murky waters and triumph in the search of light. |

In Ashtanga Basics we will review the fundamentals of the Ashtanga Yoga method which involve synchronizing breath with movement. The sequence will include sun salutations, standing, sitting & twisting poses, backbends and inversions from the Primary and Intermediate Series. When applied regularly this practice quickly builds strength and flexibility. The repeated sequence allows the practice to become a moving meditation by uniting the body, the breath and the mind.
This is a vigorous class, beginners are welcomed and modifications are offered. Ashtanga Basics makes Ashtanga Yoga accessible to all. |
