Easthampton Farmers Market
A vigorous yoga class characterized by flowing poses that are linked by breath. This class will help you build strength and improve your overall flexibility and balance. Variations of the same pose are given to accommodate various students. Classes are diverse, and sequencing will vary in each class.
All Levels Flow
We will balance the summer heat with grounding and cooling practices that emphasis softness, flow, and feeling good in your body while developing resilient strength. You are encouraged to practice at your own pace.
